Service §05

Annual reports, filed on time.

Most states require companies to file a periodic report to stay in good standing. We prepare and file yours for $75, plus the state fee shown separately.

What it is

An annual report (some states call it a periodic or biennial report) is a filing that keeps your company's record current with the state: addresses, registered agent, and officer or member information. Missing it can lead to late fees, loss of good standing, and eventually administrative dissolution.

Who needs it

  • Any LLC or corporation with a report due in its state of formation or registration
  • Owners who found out about the requirement from a late notice
  • Companies registered in several states, each with different due dates

What we do

  • Confirm your report requirements and due date with the state
  • Prepare the report with your current company information
  • File it and pay the state fee (passed through at cost)
  • Send you confirmation that your company is current

What you provide

  • Company name and state
  • Current addresses, registered agent, and officer or member information
  • Any changes since your last report

Price and timeline. $75 flat per report, plus the state fee passed through at cost. Due dates and fees vary by state. [VERIFY: Reports are typically prepared and filed within 2 business days of receiving complete information.]

Questions and answers

What happens if I miss my annual report?

Consequences vary by state: late fees, loss of good standing, and eventually administrative dissolution of the company. If you are already late, contact us and we will tell you what your state requires to catch up.

Do all states require annual reports?

Most do, but not all, and some require them every two years instead. We confirm what your state requires before you pay for anything.

My company is registered in more than one state. Can you handle all of them?

Yes. Each state's report is a separate $75 filing plus that state's fee. We can track and file all of them.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a one-time flat fee per report. If you want us to handle it again next year, you ask us again. We will never auto-renew you into anything.

Can you fix outdated information on my report?

The report itself updates your addresses, registered agent, and officers with the state. Changes that require separate amendment filings are a different service; we will tell you if that applies before you pay.
