Service §01

LLC and corporation formation, done for you.

We prepare and file your formation documents with the state. One flat price: $297 plus your state's filing fee, shown separately before you pay.

What it is

Forming an LLC or corporation means filing formation documents (usually called articles of organization or articles of incorporation) with the state where you want your company registered. Once the state approves the filing, your company legally exists.

Who needs it

  • New business owners who want their company formed correctly the first time
  • Owners who do not want to decode state filing portals and form instructions
  • Accountants and bookkeepers whose clients need a formation handled by a professional

We prepare and file the entity type you choose. If you are not sure whether an LLC or a corporation fits your situation, talk to a CPA or attorney first. That is a legal and tax decision, and we do not give legal or tax advice.

What we do

  • Prepare your articles of organization or incorporation for your chosen state
  • Check name availability requirements for your state
  • File the documents with the state agency
  • Track the filing until the state approves it
  • Send you the approved documents and confirmation

What you provide

  • Your chosen company name and entity type
  • The state of formation
  • Registered agent information
  • Owner or officer names and addresses
  • A few details that vary by state; we tell you exactly what your state requires

Price and timeline. $297 flat, plus your state's filing fee passed through at cost. State fees and processing times vary by state. [VERIFY: We typically prepare and submit your filing within 2 business days of receiving complete information.]

Questions and answers

What is included in the $297?

Preparation of your formation documents, the state filing, tracking until approval, and delivery of your approved documents. State filing fees are separate and passed through at cost, shown before you pay.

Do you tell me whether I should form an LLC or a corporation?

No. That choice depends on your legal and tax situation, so it belongs with a CPA or attorney. Once you have decided, we prepare and file it.

Can you form my company in any state?

Yes. Our specialist has processed formations in all 50 states.

Do I have to buy a registered agent service from you?

No. You tell us who your registered agent is. We never bundle services you did not ask for.

Will you sign me up for anything recurring?

No. Formation is a one-time service. We do not auto-enroll you in renewals or subscriptions.

How long does formation take?

It depends on the state. Some states approve filings in days, others take weeks. We tell you the expected timeline for your state before we file.

What happens after my company is approved?

You receive the approved formation documents. Many owners also need an EIN and state tax accounts; we offer both as separate flat-fee services if you want them.
